We thoroughly research all comparable sales to provide an accurate opinion of market value. We are methodical. Our staff measures the house, considers its curbside appeal, assesses the quality of its construction and evaluates improvements made to the property – we even take all-aspect photographs so we have a complete and detailed record. If it affects the market value of the property, we check it out.

Typically, we’ll inspect the property within 48 hours of your approval to move forward. We take about an hour to complete the actual inspection and you’ll receive an all-digital, PDF report within 3-4 days. We complete the entire appraisal process in the space of one calender week – we leave no stone unturned.
